As each ornamental design is hand-crafted, production time may vary. Each stone is carefully assessed before chosen for placement within a BoyBrand constellation. Our goal is aimed towards cultivating the inner Dreamer, we will never allow you to sleep on yourself! Due to the nature of construction, we must acknowledge that stone setting, embroidery, and precision weeding of each designs presented may require additional time. Rest assured, we are always diligent and tactful in the handling of any order placed at dreamboybrand.com. In the ever-growing realm of fashion, you have a plethora of stores to choose from. We appreciate you shopping with BOYBRAND and take tremendous pride in offering high-quality signature products. While all sales are final, we can review an item for potential exchange should the item meet the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange: 
The product must be unworn and in its original packaging.

The item must be returned within 15 days of the date the item was marked as delivered to request an exchange. No exchanges will be explored past 15 days from delivery -- no exceptions

We will only be able to honor exchanges for an item of equal value that is in stock at the time of the exchange request.
